Many of these streams can be composted or in some cases offered as animal feed and worms also love them. Zero Waste balances sustainability and profitability

Zero Waste Week at Milgro
As far as we are concerned, every week is Zero Waste Week. This fits seamlessly with our mission to make the world waste-free by 2040. This week it's all about this question: 'How do we ensure that raw materials do not become waste?' Together with partners and interested parties, we explore innovations and creative solutions. Solutions that are both ecologically and economically attractive. We call that profitable sustainability.

Urgency
Earth Overshoot Day falls a little earlier every year. To initiate the transition to a circular economy, we must close cycles and ensure that raw materials no longer become waste.
As far as we are concerned, Zero Waste Week goes further than awareness. With our tools we provide organizations with tools to get started actively. We will discuss and take action with partners and clients about solutions and innovations that contribute to shifting Earth Overshoot Day to the day where it belongs: December 31.
